Fort Bend Mechanical, Ltd. is a Limited Partnership owned and operated by David (Pete) and Sharon Medford. Established in September of 1998, the Company remains strong and successful in today’s market. 

The main office is strategically located in Stafford, Texas approximately one-quarter mile from the Sam Houston Toll Road, which allows for quick response times to customers throughout Houston, Sugar Land and surrounding areas. Fort Bend Mechanical, Ltd., is a “Full Service Mechanical Contractor”, providing complete chiller services, repairs and installation along with controls, piping, ductwork, and tenant finish and construction services. In the past ten years, it has matured into a full service organization that can provide turnkey construction services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finishing) to its clients.

It offers Service Contracts with a variety of options including:

Platinum Service Contracts - inclusive of all parts and labor,

Gold Service Contracts - consists of monthly and annual inspections, with time and material repairs; and,

Silver Service Contracts – consists of quarterly and annual inspections, with time and material repairs.

Fort Bend Mechanical, Ltd., employs highly qualified Technicians, Installers, Control Specialists, Sheet Metal Workers, Insulators, Pipefitters, Welders, CAD Operators and Electricians (Master, Journeyman and Apprentice). All Technicians are EPA Certified – Universal, and attend supplier-based courses to maintain the highest level of technical support available.
